Dolce e Coco ("we", "us", "our") is a handcrafted swimwear brand. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit our website and place an order, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we collect
- Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone number, order history.
- Payment data: processed securely by Shopify Payments / Stripe and Apple Pay. We never store your full card details.
- Browsing data: IP address, device type, pages viewed (analytics cookies, only with your consent).
- Marketing data: email address, only if you opt in.
3. How we use your data
- To process and ship your orders.
- To respond to support requests and refunds.
- To send marketing emails — only if you give explicit consent.
- To improve our website and product range (anonymised analytics).
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the cart and checkout work. Optional analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept all" in our cookie banner. You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.
5. Sharing your data
We share your data only with providers strictly required to fulfil your order: Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment processors (Stripe / Apple Pay), shipping carriers, and email/communication tools. None of them use your data for their own marketing.

7. Data retention
Order data is kept for the period required by tax law (typically 6–10 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated.
